Warranty

Windshield repairs are guaranteed provided the vehicle is registered in the customer’s name. Should a crack appear following a windshield repair, the repair cost will be deducted from the cost of replacing your windshield.

A Windshield replacement has a warranty against manufacturing defects and leaks (with the exception of leaks due to vehicle body deterioration) for as long as the customer owns their vehicle. This warranty will expire when the customer is no longer the registered owner of the vehicle.

Terms & Conditions:

Action Auto Glass Inc., has a valid ICBC Garage Vehicle Certificate which provides coverage for us with insurance for customers owned vehicles that are in our care, custody or control and for damages for which we are legally liable.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by alterations or applying solar film products.

Use of harsh, abnormal or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty.

Action Auto Glass Inc., reserves the right to refund a portion of the customer’s purchase price of the product in lieu of providing a replacement component.

Any modification, alteration or attempted repair of the product by anyone other than Action Auto Glass Inc., voids all warranties offered by Action Auto Glass Inc.

Who is covered?

This warranty extends to the Original Owner of the Vehicle and starts on the date of installation and is effective for as long as the Original Purchaser still owns

Note: Date of purchase is the same as date of installation. Action Auto Glass Inc., reserves the right to require proof of purchase for any warranty claim to be submitted. All warranties on product not fully paid for, will be voided.
